  • Manage candidate profiles, applications, pipelines, and status sets.
  • Configure and manage interview scheduling, rating scales, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Apply Recruiting permissions and role-based security settings.
  • Integrate Recruiting with other SAP SuccessFactors modules and external job boards.
  • Use Recruitment Marketing and Career Site Builder (CSB) fundamentals.
  • Generate and manage offer approvals using the Offer Letter Template tools.

Onboarding 2.0

  • Explain the Onboarding 2.0 architecture and foundational concepts.
  • Configure Onboarding process triggers, process variants, and task management.
  • Set up compliance forms, document management, and e-signatures.
  • Guide new hires through the New Hire Portal & Manage Pending Hires.
  • Manage onboarding to offboarding transitions.
  • Map and integrate Onboarding data with Employee Central (EC).
  • Understand security, permissions, and data collection fields in Onboarding 2.0.
